REFUNDS/CANCELATIONS

No refunds or change of dates. If Sai is unable to attend an event, you will be refunded the total amount paid, excluding the inquiry processing fee (usually between 24-72 hours).

  • Sai reserves the right to cancel any service at any time, at which you will be fully refunded, excluding the inquiry processing fee (usually between 24-72 hours).

  • A change of date may be allowed in an individual case with Sai’s discretion.

  • Once a quote is issued, the rate will be honored for up to 48 hours. Only your full payment will hold the booking. You may reach out at any time but it’s Sai’ discretion to honor any previous rates or concessions. This is non-negotiable.

VIDEO/SOUND RECORDING

  • Recording visuals/sound is only allowed for Sai’s performances by the client/guests during the event.

  • Sai reserves the right to not allow any guest recordings during the event at any time.

  • Sai must have access to any recordings/photos of her at the event upon request.

BREAKS

  • Sai typically takes a break once per hour, but she reserves the right to take additional breaks when needed outside of performances.

  • Sai typically provides background music within the musical style of the event while on break.

PAYMENTS

  • Now accepting all major credit and debit cards included Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App ($saitheviolinist) and Tap Pay.
